I've seen replacement trunk seals that haven't looked so good. I don't know if it was the seal, the surface prep or lack of skill on the part of the installer.

I bought a replacement seal from Olof. The seal in the car is dry rotted and I'd like to remove it and prep the opening.
Anybody done this and had a good result? Most importantly, what contact cement should I use?
