Hello,
I have a 'scan tech' fuel pump I purchased new from Scandix. This is for a B-18 544. I installed with the spacer and 2 gaskets, but it was leaking oil. Upon closer inspection, the fuel pump casting itself is not flat such that there is a 1/16 inch gap at the top of the pump (non)sealing surface. Needless to say, I am not impressed.

The question is where do I get a fuel pump that isn't garbage? I can drive to IPD to buy their pump, is it any good?
