How to Adjust Camber on 'a 92 940 Sedan 900

Hi, I've just re-started looking at my suspension, and I have serious camber and toe-in issues. I'll fix the toe-in by turning and shortening the steering rack tie rods (I think that's the right way to do it), but I don't understand how to fix camber. I read something about pounding out a stud at the top of the strut, or turning a bolt hole into a slot, but I was hoping there was a factory method that avoids any drilling or dremeling. The inner treads of my tires are all worn, and the wheels point out instead of in, I think the passenger side has a bent radius rod. I'd like to fix the camber and toe-in now temporarily, then save up and get new steels wheels, tires, and control arms/bushings, then getting an alignment at a tire shop.
