Single spark off ignition coil then nothing. Next step? 900

94 Volvo 940 engine dies. Testing coil wire against ground, I get a single weak spark initially then nothing. Swapped coil with a known good one (from another 940). Same behavior. Swapped coil wire with known good - same behavior. Seems the problem is before the coil. What/how should I test next? Crankshaft sensor? Ignition Amplifier? Other?
