new tires and odometer 200

1983 240 Sedan. I had 185/70/14 tires, my local tire shop did not have any or would get any for 3 weeks. I had a flat and needed tires now anyways. I went with 195/70/14. My odometer seems slower and my mileage dropped. Granted it was getting harder to start, but ran great. I know my speedo is off by about 3 mph.
Is my odometer reading slower or do I need to look deeper for loss of gas mileage?
