Existential cris mode when multiple things fail within the same month or so.

This guy cracked when I parked at home (THANK GOD) and leaked a gallon of fluid. Goes to the engine block and heater core hose, I believe. Vacuum hose also.

What is the name/number of the part, so I can order one?
