New 940 possibility 900 1993

The wife wants a van.

I found a 93 940 turbo wagon, with a rear facing seat in the back ...almost perfect shape, w 135k.

The price being asked is 4500. KBB is 2700 tops.

I would like opinions on value. I am thinking 3500-3700, but maybe I am not seeing that here is a great value, as they are not making these anymore.

KBB is just a guide after all.
