Horn Button Release/Removal? G?T 444-544

Hey guys, one of the new PVs has a GT wheel in it, i can find the hole to release the button, but can't figure out how to actually get the button to release...

is it a set screw? approx what size? phillips, flat head?
or is it just a press lever or something?
