intermittant no start - repost with more info 200 1993

I wanted to repost with some more information. Been having this for a few months with sometimes weeks between episodes - will crank but no start. Good spark (at least according to the spark gauge I have on the dash reading #1 wire) all the time. Previously I posted that I swapped out the AMM and it started - I'm pretty sure now that is not true - the correct statement is "I wait 10 or 15 minutes and then it starts". No temperature pattern, seems to happen equally hot or cold. So far during my sliver of available time I have determined:
1.) there is power to both relays in the FPR and they are closed
2.) power at fuse 4 while cranking
3.) In KPII there is power to the IAC, AMM pin 5 and ECU pin 9
4.) there is spark

My next steps are to
1.) shoot starting fluid into one of the intake vacuumm ports just to make sure there is good enough spark (should fire for a second or two)
2.) put a Bosch noid light on each injector to verify power in KPII and then flashing while cranking.
3.) either measure fuel rail pressure or open it up and measure flow during cranking (read it should be 1 liter per 30 seconds somewhere).

Can anybody offer ideas for other tests during my 10 minute time limit that might lead me somewhere? I'm running out of ideas... This problem really goes back to 2009 when it first started and that is when I made the spark gauge because there's never an assiatant around when you need one but then the problem disappeared for 4 years but is now back.
