What's going on with fcp in CT? Previously fcpgroton... foreigncarpartsonline, now fcpeuro... ?

For the last few orders from about 2 years ago, I had the impression that they really do not care anymore. For me, customer service over the phone was not able to answer technical questions, online catalogs had mistakes (more than once for me), and recently I ordered something and they no longer offer upsworldease shipping to canada, it cost me 50 bucks after postal COD to ship an 80$ fuel pump.

What are your thoughts? Which online parts place is next in line ? myswedishparts? Other?
