B20/M41 swap out cost 120-130

I was planning to install AC in my '67 122, but was a little concerned about the engine. It has only 135,000 miles on it but MPG was low and it ran a bit erratically (carbs are newly rebuilt). Sure enough, the compression was 130,130,135,155. Worse yet, a leak test showed 30-35% blow-by in every cylinder. This car wasn't driven enough or somebody forgot to check the oil (often) in the past 46 years.
SO, no AC for now. I'm kind of looking for a B20 and M41 tranny with OD and thought I'd toss it out here, where most everybody knows more than I do. I've seen a couple of 122s with the B20/M41 setup on IPD Classifieds, but I don't need a whole car. Any tips on where a sound B20 & tranny might be found, & how much I might expect to pay for a relatively stock setup? I know this is a little like asking, "How much does a bag of groceries cost?" but I really don't know. I'd consider doing an engine rebuild but don't have the time or good buddies who I could ask for help.
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks!
