Fan acting strange S90-V90

Last few weeks my interior fan has started doing something odd. When I apply the brakes, the fan will rev up and then cut off.
It has no correlation with the AC. It will stay off until I start up and hit a bump, so it appears to be a short or lost ground. I was wondering if anyone else has seen this issue and what/where the problem is?
