Stabilizer link fell out 900 1994

I've been trying to tighten up and quiet the front end on a '94 945T.
I installed new ball joints, poly cone bushings, and anti sway bar links about 3 weeks ago. I got some improvement but the knock is still there under combinations of braking and backing up. I plan to do struts / strut mounts and bearings before long, but the problem right now is a link that keeps coming loose.
These are the style with sandwich bushings on top and pressed bushing/eyebolt on the bottom (control arm end.) The passenger side bolt into the CA has now worked itself out 4 times in 3 weeks. I used Moog parts from Rock Auto and installed with Loctite blue. I probably didn't get the bolt torqued to spec on the initial installation, but I have gotten it to about 60 ft-lbs on each re-install, and I've been doing the final torque with wheels supporting the car.

My plan right now is to clean the threads in the CA with brake cleaner and intall a new bolt with Loctite red to 63 ft-lbs.

I'm wondering if anyone has seen this problem before, or has any other suggestions.

Thanks
Joe
