waterpump pulley 120-130

Obviously I'm not the only one who experienced this:

The cause may have been an overtightened fan belt, so too much rotating bending fatigue, perhaps in combination with metal fatigue.
I already bought a new pulley but would prefer one of billet aluminium.
Are there any options/alternatives?
