Opinion on oil pressure Readings 200 1983

The oil idiot light and oil pressure gauge on my 1983 242 turbo with 157K miles indicates a low pressure condition. I changed the oil to 10w-30 and checked the oil pressure with a mechanical oil pressure tester and got the following readings.

Cold idle 38 psi
warm at 200 rpm 18 psi
warm idle 7 psi

Do I need to replace my oil pump o-rings or complete oil pump?
