544 clutch shaft bushing failure 444-544

Good morning, I have replaced my clutch cross-shaft bushings twice with aftermarket tan bushings from two different suppliers. In each case I get about 5 miles on the car before the bushings fail (see photo at link below).

Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Are OEM bushings available, or has anyone found a good substitute (hard plastic or bronze maybe?)

The photo shows only one of the failed bushings, but both bushings have failed (twice).
