Volvo Wagon, 1992 240DL, made in Sweden, has hesitation, stalling/low idle, surging problems after changing the plugs, the cap and rotor, the rear inline fuel filter and air filter. Any suggestions where to trouble shoot next are appreciated. I am in Mexico with the car and need to track down the problem with basic tools. Thank you.
