Hall Sensor 700 1988

Voltages on the Hall Sensor connector are:
11V red to ground and 4V blue to ground (should be 5V?)

So I removed the distributor and drilled tiny holes on the connector housing opposite the bars so that I can measure voltages when the connector is plugged into the distributor:
11V red to ground and 7V blue to ground (gained 3V).

Does this mean that I have a voltage leak from red to blue in the Hall Sensor?
