If I am understanding something I read on this site and maybe one other. That a leaking rear right camshaft seal is common on these engines. I will probably have to pull the engine again at some point because undoubtedly the rear main will give out soon 68,000 mi. However, my rear cam seal is now leaking. Did I read or does someone know that if you take the black cam cap off, clean it up real good and use some black RTV sealant you can get by with stopping the leak for awhile? A band aide I know, but at this point I need one.
