What's that wire 200 1984

Hi folks,

While reattaching my driver side under dash panel, I noticed a loose (solid) yellow wire under the dash to the right of the steering column. It has a single plastic connector at the end. It seems to be coming out of a sleeve. I cannot tell where this would go to. Any idea? I have a feeling this is something I knew years ago but forgot, and also wondering if this is part of something I might have added myself (I did add electric windows, mirrors, and glove compartment button) and did not connect but forgot about...
