Rough idling under 2000rpm 900

So guys, I've had this idling problem since April, I believe and I'm out of clues and money.

***** HISTORY *****

I've replaced:

* Air Mass Meter
* O2 Sensor
* Vacuum hoses
* Spark Plugs
* Plug Wires
* Fuel Injector on head #4 was going bad.

- Throttle Body and gasket are good.
- Giant air intake tube is good.

I've brought the vehicle to Smith Motors of Charleston WV's Old Man Mechanic. He stated there is an incorrect voltage on a green wire I believe. In the green book, it is Pin #5 on the AMM, and is connected at three points:

* AMM
* Relay ?#23?
* ECU

I've replaced the AMM, so that can be ruled out.

*Question #1* Apparently the 1995 940's Relay system is different than others. Which relay is the Fuel Injection System Relay?

*Question #2* Which computer is the ECU? I've taken the kickplate off of the panel area above the pedals, and see a black computer closer to the center console, and a silver one closer to the driver's door. They both look like a SOB to get to.

***** SYMPTOMS *****

Car idles rough between 800 and 1100 RPM when turned on does not stabilize.

Car runs better with O2 sensor disconnected, idling is worse with it plugged in.

Car still sounds rough until the engine speed passes (roughly) 2100 RPM. It has run at 3000 RPM on the highway for several hundred miles without issues.

Guys, I feel like my lack of familiarity is placing me into a novice zone with all of this. I'm out of ideas, clues, and running low on motivation :(
