Opinions B23ET 531 head Lh 2.4

Hi all, just chasing some opinions. Trying to build up an engine on a budget that has an amount of power that most would be happy with over a N/a b230. I want to throw it into a 940 when I find a good one. At this stage I have the opportunity to purchase a 1984 760 turbo for a very good price, obviously it has the motronic fuel injection system so I think I would be rather limited due to that.

Can I make this work? B23 531 HEAD LH 2.4 as a good starting point?
