Stall, no restart. 900 1995

My 1995 940 wagon with 98,000 miles stalled yesterday while barley moving at idle speed. Wouldn't restart, so had it towed home. Next morning it started right up and ran for two blocks, stalled again, and wouldn't restart. Checked spark from a plug wire, got one good spark as it starts to crank and no more. Pulled coil wire and got the same thing, one good spark, then nothing as it is cranking. Had similar stall three months ago, replace rotor and cap with OEM and problem went away. Any ideas?
