940 went in for muffler service and tech found a problem with above. . .
Checked the fuses and 21 and 22 were ok. . .
Also found a couple of plastic harness ends undone,

Is it possible the tech forgot to re-wire these?

It's been a while since I've been in there so any and all comments appreciated. .
