The speedometer (and odometer) on my 1994 940 wagon recently stopped working below 30 mph. Between 30 and 40 mph it is intermittent and above 45 mph it is usually stable and reads correctly. I know the 1991-1992 740/940 speedometers had problems due to capacitor failures. Have the 1994 speedometers been known to have this problem ?
