trunk lid adjustment, 98 s90 S90-V90

Please let me know if I have missed anything here -

In order to access the eccentric bolt to adjust the trunk lid closure, I will have to
1- remove the rear seat bottom, then the seat back
2- remove the speaker deck

Is that about it?
