Looking for green 140 in Toronto area, "AAN' plate 140-160

The situation is, I thought I had one of the oldest license plates still active in Ontario.

Then my sister, driving her blue 245 near Yorkdale last week, saw a green 140 Volvo with a license plate starting with "AAN", a tad older than mine. My present license plates came from my first car, a green '70-145.

Just curious who this person is.
