I have a 89 245 DL and has been giving me issues with starting. Get in turn key dash lights come on but engine doesn't crank The battery & starter & alternator have all been replaced with in the last year I'm thinking the wiring that goes to the ignition? which is that major fuse by the battery right? and the wiring junction box by the firewall? At least I've had the car in previously for this type of problem and was told it's a common thing with these cars Is that correct?
Now tonight going home (after getting a jumpstart) the dash lights are not working and the headlights were going dim then bright and when I was parking the car started to miss badly then died Any thoughts Bad battery, cables fuse or wiring?
