this method requires a good 3 pound sledge and a long sharp cold chisel as well as a good vise secured to something solid and unmoving.
once the entire control arm is removed secure the arm in the vise so the thread end is accessible. the bushing and cup will be part of this because the inner circular steel sleeve of the bushing has rusted to the arm stud.
the key to easy removal is to inspect carefully this inner steel sleeve for the seam. to make this cheaply a flat piece of steel is simply rolled and the rubber is bonded to it and the outer steel bushing cup. this sleeve in my experience is not a seamless tube.
once you locate the seam use the chisel to spread this seam making it wider as you hammer the chisel inward.
it won't take too long before the spreading of the seam fractures any rust and corrosion within breaking the entire bushing loose.
