relays behind ashtray, S90 S90-V90

Well, after hours searching the FAQs, I still have a question

in my S90, I can remove the ashtray under the radio, but cannot figure out how to remove the woodgrain plastic behind it, to access the relay cluster. I want to replace the central locking relay

any tips appreciated
