90-240 front end high speed shimmy. Stumped.

204xxx miles.
*Wheels balanced twice. Front end parts checked.
Have recently replaced:
*Steering rack
*Front rotors
*front calipers
*Tie rod ends
*A-arm bushings(just the ones at the rear of A-arms)
*Strut inserts
*Front wheel bearings.
*Ball joints(volvo) have Close to 100,000 miles, but check out good.

On concrete sections of highways the shimmy isnt noticed.
On asphalt shimmy becomes noticeable.
Yesterday enroute Sacramento to San Francisco and driving through fairly windy environment, I took a left curve and vibration increased above its usual level and continued until I slowed. When returned to speed vibration was again at the "normal" level.

Car has salvage title. Purchased in 2000.

Where do I look to solve this problem?
