Which ATF and still fighting OD issues... 200

So guys, my main question is...which ATF do I buy? Its an 88 240 wagon. 4 speed.

Second, Im loosing my cool with this OD issue. Car didnt have OD when I bought it, well, it went in intermittently. Bought a new relay and the day I put it in it worked great. OD was fine. Next day drove the car into work and no OD again. I can still hear a click from the relay, so Im sure its still fine.

I really dont wanna buy a new solenoid. So my next option is to buy the block off plate, right? I really have no need to not be in OD.

What do you guys suggest?
