power steering and a/c bushings 200 1991

the belt on my power steering is moving from side to side as it turns. I think I need a new pulley and to replace the bushings in the power steering pump and while I am at it the a/c bushings as well, how hard of a job is this? I guess I am a shade tree mechanic!
