I need to replace the fan in my 92 245 ...just have not.

That means no air in summer, but I have been able to get by in cold weather with hot air naturally flowing through the vents even without a fan.

Now all of a sudden that has pretty much stopped, and it is getting pretty cold.

What has happened to change this? Any help appreciated.
