Draining coolant from block?? 200

I found the 13mm drain plug under back exhaust port. It turns very easily.

Will coolant flow quickly when I loosen more? Or does the housing it is in have to turn too?


Also, if I drain there and lower rad hose, block would seem to be pretty empty. Do I just refill in rad overflow tank to refill the whole system? correct? Seems like it could take a while to get that much coolant back in block. I am scared of running water pump too "dry" on initial refill.
