Wiper linkage compatibility? 900 1995

Hey all,

The wiper linkage on my 1995 965 is broken. Metal fatigue has sheared one of the wiper base parts off of the entire linkage assembly (hopefully correct terminology). I need the entire linkage assembly.

So my question is, before I hit the pick and pull junkyards and start tearing into old volvo's.....

....What other models and years will have compatible parts?

Thanks. I searched around a bit but couldn't find anything. I'm hoping the 7's and 8's are compatible. I assume the 940's should be as well as most 960's but the 9 series is pretty rare. My favorite yard has a bunch of 2, 7, and 8's.
