Hello All,
So after a spirited drive home from work, I heard a horrid shreak like that of a lose belt. I pulled over to inspect the newly installed aternator and all was well. Diving another mile down the road I began to lose pressure at the clutch. I wasn't rock hard but fluttery. I made it the last block in 1st gear. After checking the clutch cylinder I notice the fluid I black with a white chlacky swirl. No leaks anywhere. I bled it out at the slave. Put in fresh fluid pumped the clutch and nothing changed. After crawling all the way under I found the side of the engine was coated with brake fluid. Can't regain pressure. Where's the leak. clutch master and clutch slave cylinder were replaced two years ago. Only other thing of note the boot on the slave cylinder was torn. The.shaft didn't move when my son pumped the clutch pedal. My flash light died so Ill wait till day light. This car has caused not a lick of trouble in 10 years.
Thanks in advance
