New Alternator & Battery car still dies after 3 Minutes 200 1990

I noticed my lights dimming and replaced both Battery & Alternator BUT. All dash lights still come on as the car dies which looks normal.

Do you think I have bad wiring? Battery Light, parking Brake and break Failure LIGHTS are all staying on when I jump the car.

Any ideas
