Blower motor fan shot - burning smell 700 1991

The blower motor was making freaking monkey noises so I know it was going. This morning nothing except a burning smell. I assume the fuse blew but I'm thinking replacing it might cause more damage - also wondering if the smell is coming from something other than motor. My son has replaced a couple in 240's - is the 740 job just as big? Also I see Seimens which I got before, but also 4 Seasons on Rockauto - any recommendations? Thanks.
