Once again, it's time to install a brace of Fiamm horns on a 240. Every time I've done this upgrade previously on a car or bike, I installed a horn relay. But, this time I question the necessity of the relay - it might be an additional layer of complexity which produces no improvement. And, it adds another link to the chain which could fail.

Are there any opinions out there regarding this?
