Trouble comes in 3's/B234f engine skipping or missing, no big loss of power 700 1990

Everything was running ok yesterday morning, while I was out doing my pre-work errands, the car started missing as I was on my way back home. It runs the roughest at idle but continues to idle at the correct speed. Once I'm on the interstate, it seems to smooth out, but not totally. Considering past experience, I don't think it has jumped a tooth on the tbelt. Maybe a vacuum leak or wire issue or distributor/ rotor hopefully. Thank you everyone for your your input on the other issues I've been going through with my DD 745! Seems like the **** has hit the here in the last week.
