Fuel Pressure Regulator Options 200

Mysteriously, I'm finding nothing from Bentley, Green Books, or the web- on the fuel pressure range of the OEM Fuel pressure regulator- needing to replace one and not having a local source for a used (I was told by several local yards that they automatically crush any older volvos when they come in)- I'm looking to an upgrade based on the relative cost of a new part- Bosch stamped metal piece is $170+, where for much less I can get an adjustable unit from a manufacturer like Holley for less than $100- again, if I can accurately determine the parameters for the OEM part.
