I am having the flat flywheel on my 1983 242/B21ft drilled for dowels so I can use a slightly larger and stiffer 228mm SAAB pressure plate. Both the stock volvo 215mm and SAAB 228 pressure use the same bolt pattern so it is a simple bolt on change. Now I need to locate a 228 mm clutch plate that I can use. Does anyone know if the clutch plate off a 740 turbo with a dog dish flywheel would work in this application?

Any help on this would be appreciated
