Front Turn Signals 200

I have checked previous postings, but have not found a solution. I was replacing bulbs for the back of my 1991 240 and ended up with everything dying including battery. Charged the battery back up and have everthing with power. Problem is the brake lights stay on whenever the car is switched on and I have no power to the front turn signals, but the front sidemarker lights and headlights have power. Also, the rear turn signal lights work fine. Any ideas on what I can do to solve this problem would be appreciated. Thanks.
