Ah sound when taking foot off the throttle 900

Hi Everybody! I have a '93 940 T SW with 220,250 miles on it. I just changed the oil and filter using Mobil Synthetic and a Mann filter and it seems to run much better. This is the first time I personally changed the oil and filter myself on this car, sad but true. I'll be doing this myself from here on out.
Anyway, my question is about when taking my foot off the throttle (city driving, stop and go) and hearing this "ah" sound like "father". I was told it's the turbo depressurizing. Is this normal? Since I just changed the oil I noticed that inside the oil cap theres oil. Do I need to clean out the oil trap? I ask because I do have some oil leaks which have gotten better since I changed the spark plugs. One spark plug was damaged due to heater valve breaking and I shut it down in time, this was awhile back and the garage didn't look at them I guess because she ran pretty good. The oil leaks less since changing them. Is this possible?

I'm rambling, sorry, I just have a lot of questions and issues I'd like to address on my mistress, GothM940. I've put alot of money into her and so my wife calls her my mistress.

Thanks!

GothM
