I have a inline air filter(one side says carb and the other dist.) on the hose between the throttle body and the ECU on the fender in engine compartment. it is set up for air to go from the ecu toward throttle body. I have not read about this filter. Is this part of the B23 setup? I'm trying to chase down crappy gas mileage.
