Allignment guy says my Camber is maxed out 200 1983

Camber L 0.0 R 1.0
Wearing the edge of tires out especially the R side on the furtherest outside edge. Almost on the side of the tire its so far over.

Toe L 0.19 R 0.19

Caster L 2.8 R 2.4

My strut mounts are apparently all the way towards the engine. I have markings from before I replaced the struts a few years ago that show they where more middle at one time between the engine and fender. One side is 3/16" difference from fender than the other.

The history of alignments on this car is a bit crazy. I had one alignment with the steering wheel turned to the left. So instead of at 9 and 3 it was at like 1 and 7. I got a refund and a year later went to another place to have it fixed. They did an alignment and the tech told me the camber is unadjustable on this car. He was thinking of the 940 or something. So I had them do it again and within spec I'm sure. Not more than a year later I hit the emergency brake going around a corner at a low speed on some snow which ended up being really slippery and on a side ways slope. I hit the curb with my Right passenger rim. Damaged the inner tie-rod and replaced it a month later. I ended up adjusting the toe myself believing it wasn't a bad hit and knowing it was already aligned prior. I got the toe done right it appears. But my tires are wearing bad. The right side is wearing the very outside edge of the tread off in a matter of 6 months or so. The drivers side has some real bad wear on the outside with some uneven tread. Some pieces of tread have more height than others.

What gives? How could it be maxed out and not be in spec? It must of been in spec at some point in the past. Not sure where to start.
