no voltage at coil 200

1993 240 died about a week ago while idling at stop sign. Could not get it started and towed it home. I replaced power stage (ignition amplifier), Then checked the codes. Code read 2 1 4 which is rpm sensor so I changed it, but no luck, tried a known good coil, also tried a known good ecu. Still no spark. I have determined that the coil is not getting any voltage when the key is in the on position. Could this be the ignition switch? thanks.
