Hi,
I realize that there there is a maintenance schedule published by Volvo, but I am bringing in my 90 245 in for service in a couple of days and wanted to see if anyone had any special recommendations. I live in New York City and drive relatively infrequently (only about 3-4k miles/year due to the subway.) As a result, when I do maintenance the time between each service interval is relatively high.

I plan to have the shop do a timing belt/tensioner, oil and filter, transmission oil, flame trap cleaning. Any other recommendations? In the last few years I have replaced the front struts, new mounts and bushings in back, new ac compressor, new crank sensor, thermostat, new rotors all around, plugs-wires-cap. The car drives like new and I would like to keep it in great shape.
