starts but won't idle- stalls out 200 1992

car starts, seems to idle weaker than usually does, but will stall out after 5-10 seconds. Will restart, but again stall out in 10 seconds. Will keep idling (although roughly) if I keep goosing the gas pedal but will stall as soon as I take my foot off the pedal.
Here is what I checked: the AMM (started car unplugged, ran rough, plugged in and idle increased momentarily). Hose from AMM to TB is good. Cleaned the IAC valve. No fuel present when I pull the hose from the fuel pressure regulator (replaced the FPR about 20K miles ago). Any ideas? Car has 165K miles.
